Jesus Invites Us to His Table
My guess is that you have parked yourself at a few tables during your lifetime that have had a major impact in some way or another on the course your life has taken. In this sermon I share a few of the tables where I have sat that have had a great impact on my life. No, it was not the table itself that made a difference in my life, but it is what happened at the table that influenced the course and the trajectory my life has taken.
This Sunday we gathered around THE table. the Communiuon table is special in that Jesus extends an invitation to come and sit with Him. His desire is for us to join him and to experience the table, one that can be life changing. At any Communion you accept His invitation and bring with you whatever you may be carrying; your joys, your concerns, your successes and mistakes, your hopes and disappointments. At His table there is grace for all as all people are welcomed.
